How does it work?
Just to review the current program, your Pace Card provides you, when you present the card, $5 off of a service per regular office visit at your participating provider's office (one discount per visit per family member* during reg. office hours) with each square on your card. There are 20 squares on your Card for a total savings to you of $100.00. Think of it as your Dr.'s office paying for your transportation to get to your appointment. How thoughtful is that! Your Card is valid for 24 months from the date you obtained it, and can be used by all of your immediate family members (those living in your household or claimed as a dependent by you). To find out where the offices are that honor your Pace Discount Card, click on the search for member clinics heading at the top of this page to browse our database of current provider clinics. If the health care provider you visit is not in our database of provider clinics, have them contact us at Info@PaceForYou.com and we can send them information on how they can help to save you money on your health care by joining our team!
